# Small Cocktail Conferences Post-Pandemic

Pre-covid, I was going to Thirst Boston and the San Antonio Cocktail Conference almost every year. I’d go to Tales, too, but I really enjoyed those smaller conferences, and am feeling their absence now that they’re gone. They were scrappy, intimate, willing to experiment, and more open to the general public.

It may be that Thirst and SACC were working with a model that is no longer replicable, or that there are things like them operating today that I’m just not familiar with; I’m genuinely not sure. Do any of you know of smaller still-extant conferences that you would recommend?

This year I went to Seattle Cocktail Week but wasn’t there long enough to say how it is.
