Spirits & Cocktail enthusiast; I have a weakness for good bourbon, but I don’t think I’ve allowed myself much bad bourbon. Been on a spirits learning binge lately: BarSmarts certified, Executive Bourbon Steward via Stave & Thief, and completed Spirits LEVELS I & II via WSET. Just started Level III Spirits. Looking to change careers and get into the spirits industry if possible.
