I’m in need of some help, i’m hoping someone here might be able to direct me to a place where i can learn a bit more.
I’d like to learn more about the history of french Amari - or Amer and regional styles? China-China seems different from the Picon all i know is the difference in ingredient but no clue on origins or history of either - i’m also curious about regional variations in liqueurs such as ratafia and limoncello and nocino - are there any books that cover some of the lesser known liqueurs and their origin?
