Bacardi Air would probably be Aero Bacardi. Aereo here is likely a shortened version of “correo aereo” or Airmail.
Apparently the Cuban national airmail service was launched in October 1930, which could help date the recipe.
Little abusive, though, if you look at the bottom left.
That is an unfortunate town name.
