This morning, I compiled a cross-reference (CSV-8kb) between the English and French editions. The recipes in the French edition are in a different order, and even the names are translated, sometimes in amusing ways.
The French edition appears to omit a few recipes (unless I missed something): Dunes, Grape Cocktail, King’s Peg, Midsummer, Moselle Cup
Moreover, the French edition adds a pile of new recipes. Some of these are backfill, some are novelties, at least by name:

As I’ve mentioned elsewhere, I’ve never been quite sure what to do with these books. On the one hand, they’re interesting as departures from the usual professional manuals. The fact that Harry Craddock pilfered so many of these recipes to pad out the Savoy makes them unignorable. On the other hand, one wonders where many of these drinks are coming from, and how much they are contorted to fit within the simplified measurement scheme.
