Hello, I noticed the white cloud recipe (totaltikiinline.com) doesn’t mention the kind of ice to use in the glass. The picture of the cocktail shows a little ice. After straining into a glass should pebble ice, ice cubes or no ice be used? Thanks for your help and time.
I’m not sure there’s a “right answer” to this question—i.e., Mariano maybe didn’t include that level of detail in his notebook. Beachbum Berry’s edit of the recipe suggests that the drink is strained, like a cocktail. On the other hand, the drink in the photo appears to contain some crushed ice. You should probably go with whatever works for you and your glassware!
